Graduated from Supinfogame Rubika (Valenciennes, France) with a master's degree in Game Design & Management, I love designing video games. Apart from creating game systems or mechanics, and because I love working in a team, what really drives me is to get people motivated and lead them towards their objectives.
Working as a producer in the fast-growing and diversified environment that is Black Shamrock taught me a wide range of management and leadership skills. Having worked on internal developments and outsourced co-developments, I have learned numerous methodologies and tools to better manage teams and projects.

Organized and methodical, I can anticipate the needs and provide goals for my teams by making projects plan. Using Scrum, I learned to better anticipate and manage identified risks, which led to higher quality delivries on time.
Good communicator, I make sure to convey a strong and shared vision to the whole team. I also take the time to identify my teammates’ weaknesses and strenghts to motivate them and help them achieve their best work.
